Assistant SecDef for NCB Challenge Coin

This challenge coin was designed and created in Adobe Illustrator for Ms. Deborah Rosenblum, the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical & Biological Defense Programs in the Biden Administration. A note from Ms. Rosenblum: "Dear colleagues, We are delighted to announce the winners of the NCB coin challenge. First, I would like to say that I am so impressed with the incredible talent in the NCB family. The submissions were robust, thoughtful, creative, and a testament to the deep talents we have here at NCB. Thank you so much for approaching this contest with such enthusiasm! The new NCB coin has not one, but two designers: Eric Mann and Brenda McVeigh. Congratulations Eric and Brenda! The front, designed by Eric, features this stately design. And the flip side, designed by Brenda, features an elegant representation of the unified mission of NCB.
